Graduate of the Hotel and Restaurant School in Nice, France, Chef Andriani and his outstanding team of sous chefs have perfected the culinary art of combining the classic and the modern, the trendy and the original, into creative and generous signature dishes, matched with outstanding staff services. The chef and the founder participate in culinary societies and annually hire consulting chefs to lend expertise in their specialty.
The word Green was added to the name Mansions Catering in honor of the 35th Anniversary year, signifying constant renewal and being passionate about one’s profession. In 2013 we’re now celebrating our 40th anniversary.
