Chef Lou and Cassie have been in the restaurant industry for more than half of their lives. Hospitality an a love of different cuisines came naturally to them. Chef’s JWU education and hands-on experience allotted him the creativity to be able to combine locally sourced foods for an allergen-friendly menu.
They have successfully transformed what initially began as a food truck into a brick and mortar. This team is thrilled to be able to share their passion with the small town of Warren, RI and hope to meet many more great people along the way.
