Located in the heart of Washington’s finest resort community, Ocean Shores is just a short, scenic drive from Seattle or Portland.

The Grey Gull’s 37 unique and charming, independently-owned condominiums feature gas fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens in most units, and ocean or pool views.

Whether your visit is brief, long-term, or you are looking to purchase, we have the perfect accommodations to suit your needs.

DOG FRIENDLY LODGING: Welcome, Fido! What is a trip to the beach without your favorite pooch? Bring your best friend, and we will provide doggie bed bags and treats upon check in.

PRIVATELY OWNED CONDOMINIUMS: Our condo units are not the typical hotel room. Each has its owners’ personal touch expressed by their units’ particular style and décor. With west-facing windows, balconies, and porches, all of our guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of a sunset or relax while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the pool. Our condos have clean burning gas fireplaces, free WIFI internet access, cable television, and DVD players. The full kitchens feature the conveniences of home with all major appliances, cookware and tableware provided. Studio Suites are equipped with kitchenettes and include a two-burner stove top, small refrigerator, and microwave. Come delight in the comfort and out-of-the-ordinary experience of The Grey Gull.

SMOKE FREE:

All of The Grey Gull’s units are smoke-free. We strictly enforce this policy and will charge a $300 penalty for violations. Thank you for your cooperation!

Our ocean-side hotel is ideally situated and perfect for gathering with family and friends. With rolling, green lawns and barbeque areas, your party can revel in the open space and enjoy an outdoor picnic. A short walk through the federally protected wetlands that border our hotel to the west will lead you directly onto the sandy shore of the Pacific Ocean. We offer complimentary parking, coin-operated laundry facilities, ice and snack vending machines, and a clam washing station! Our guests are welcome to gather and relax in our Fireside Room where they will find a large, flat screen, HDTV, our lending library for books, DVD rentals, and games – plus, our indoor, cedar dry sauna.
