Chef V is a national super star who continues to hand-pick all of the fresh ingredients used for the culinary delights he and his team create for each and every client. “We never create the same meal, dessert or art for our clients. Each morsel is specifically crafted and customized for each client and affair,” states Chef V. To us, each customer is unique, each event is special and every ingredient is used to create culinary art.

Vizcarra Hospitality, LLC is a privately held food and beverage management company and caterer headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Vizcarra Hospitality serves the hospitality industry, entertainment industry, higher education and government agencies, retirement homes, and automobile industry.
Federico “Chef V” Vizcarra is the Chief Executive Officer with over twenty years experience in the food and beverage industry. Chef V founded Vizcarra Hospitality in 2005 after serving many years in senior positions with some of the largest hospitality management companies in the United States.
Prior to forming Vizcarra Hospitality, Federico worked for Platinum Hotels and Resorts, Interstate Hotels, Patriot American.
His responsibilities included operational control of all hotel food and beverage for multiple divisions. Federico’s years of food and service experience and his combined knowledge of hotels and resort fine dining, cafeteria dining, and catering allows Vizcarra Hospitality to provide clients with a unique perspective and understanding of their challenges.
